It means my husband and I both have a part to do in keeping our family safe.
I’m in charge of making sure that my home runs efficiently, He makes sure I have a place to store all this stuff and provides the income to purchase what we need. However, I can have a million cans of 50 varieties of beans and still not have the components of a meal. If something happens we’ll tackle practical, day-to-day living together.

 But how?

If we’re suddenly transported back to 18th century America, there’ll be things I’ll want to know, that right now I don’t care much about right now; like building a generator, frying grasshoppers or stitching a wound. I realize I might want to know those things someday, and when I do I’ll be glad to have a manual to help me.
We can survive on lizards and pine cones… but I want to live with biscuits and gravy. How do I make that happen?

These books are treasures.. and all downloads are FREE. The original intent was to add value to the world's poor.. Where there is OFTEN no Doctor.  Kudos to them 

A Book for Midwives

My favorite Niece is 7 months pregnant.. I ponder often.. "what if there were no doctor"… What would any of us do, without skills and without confidence… and without that what level of fear would she have?  Keep this book on your media.. and find a good generator to charge the media.. for just such an occasion.. and then pray that all will be well .. and work as if it depended on you.  For GOD works His miracles through you and I.

Where there is NO Doctor

I recommend you download the information so that you have a hard copy.  Never know when your computer might fail.  I have these downloaded on my iPhone.. and have a backup generator like the one I have on my front page.. it is small, light and charges my electronics if I need my books.  Forget the phone… generally an emergency leaves you without a phone.. but a BOOK now that would be a treasure to have.
